From our house-made hummus topped with peppered lamb, neighboured by our in-house smoked Baba-ghanoush, saddled by just-fried cauliflower and our secret recipe Falafel sitting next to our gorgeous hand crafted juicy Kafta, with pickles and turnips imported directly from Beirut, all topped with our own recipe of Tahini sauce, a sesame oil grown, produced and packed in Lebanon and brought to you directly by us. So when we you hear ‘The authentic taste of Beirut’ you better believe we know how to back it up.

Our Meat & Cheese remains our most sought after Ma Our Meat & Cheese remains our most sought after Manoush, and the reason is quite evident. Having our meat delivered before sun rise daily, then mixed and spiced to perfection, awaiting a “Hey! Can I grab a Meat & Cheese”, before being carefully spread onto our bakers secret recipe dough, later to be topped with our three cheese, bubbling away through our 300 Degree oven until it gets to you. Yeah... sounds good doesn’t it?
